On 15/09/2011 notice was directed to be issued to non applicant/respondent by RPAD through Commission at the cost of revisionist.  But office reports that petitioner had not come with required papers for sending notice hence notice was not issued.  It appears that revisionist is not interested in prosecuting this revision petition.  Hence revision petition along delay condonation application stands dismissed for non compliance of the order.
