     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     Memorandum of appearance on behalf of OPs received through petition box.

     It has been stated by counsel for complainants that the present complaint has been settled between the parties and therefore complainants wants to withdraw the present case. E-mail to this effect has been received from counsel for complainants. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.
