The complainant’s case is as follows:
            The complainant subscribed a Pooval kuri in the respondent kuri company and auctioned the said kuri on 9//11/04 itself. At that time as per the direction of respondent deposited Rs.34,500/- as kuri security. The deposit was on the assurance of the respondent company that they will return the deposited amount after the termination of the kuri. The kuri was terminated on 4/8/07 but that amount was not returned. The complainant had paid all the kuri instalments without any default. Hence the complaint
 
            2. The respondents are called absent and declared exparte.
 
            3. To prove the case of the complainant he has filed affidavit and the documents produced by him are marked as Exhibits P1 and P2.
 
4.According to the complainant he had auctioned the kuri and deposited Rs.34,500/- in the respondent kuri company as kuri security. There was also no default in payment of kuri instalments. The said kuri was terminated on 4/8/07 but the respondents did not return the deposited amount.
 
5. There is no counter evidence to the evidence of the complainant.
 
            6. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the kuri security amount of Rs.34,500/- (Rupees Thirty four thousand and five hundred only) with interest at the rate of 10% from 26/3/02 till realization with Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) as costs to the litigation within one month.
