Today the execution application was fixed for appearance of the Ops against notice under section 27 of CPA. Mr.Ram Dahiya  authorized representative has appeared on behalf of the Ops and made a separate statement in which he states that he tender a cheque of Rs.29966 vide bearing No.803073 dated 15.06.2015 in compliance of order under execution and also states that order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.29966  vide bearing No.803073 dated 15.06.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So  he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard In view of the statements, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
