The Advocate for the Complainant/Applicant filed petition to advance the case record for today for consideration. Also the advocate for the Applicant filed a memo, the content of which mentioned there, wherein he had received an amount of Rs.14,560/-, the full and final amount against the return of the old and defective hand set of mobile phone, as per the order of the forum Dt.12/08/2015. And also the sale Executive of the Sony India Pvt. Ltd has received the older hand set of Mobile phone.
As both the applicant and the Executive of the said Company have concentrated on the memo and filed jointly.
As such, the case is hereby dropped by the order of the Forum.
