The case is posted today for consideration of the petition filed on 01.03.2023 by the Complainant with a prayer to withdraw the case on the grounds stated therein. Today the Complainant is present.

                                         Heard. The Complainant in his petition has stated that the matter has already been settled outside the Commission and the Complainant has received the new T.V of same model from the O.Ps. Therefore, the Complainant does not want to proceed further with this case and prayed to withdraw the case.

                                         Considering the above facts & circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter between the parties has already been settled, this Commission has nothing to withdraw the case. Hence, the petition filed by the Complainant is allowed.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The memo dtd.22.02.23 filed by both Parties are disposed of.
