Case is put up today as the same has been selected for Upavlkta Lok Adalat. Complainant is present and files a memo through his advocate that Opposite parties have been exchanged the sony  Oled T.V against a new same brand T.V towards full and final settlement of the dispute. Heard. Perused the memo along with case record and we determined that the dispute has been settled between both the parties and complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further. Hence the case is disposed of accordingly.
