              Complainant is present. Heard. Perused the complainant petition & documents filed by the complainant. It is seen from the complainant petition that, The O.PS are resident of New-Delhi , Kolkata , Sambalpur & Banglore . The petition also does not disclose the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of Balangir Dist. Hence this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to decide the case. The complainant is at liberty to file his case before the Forum having jurisdiction.

                 Accordingly the case of the complainant  is dismissed as not admitted.

           Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  24^th  day of   July’  2018.
