The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are also absent and has no representation from their side. The complainant is absent continuously. The notice sent to the complainant served as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant. The complainant is absenting continuously from the date of fist posting of the case itself. No steps taken by the complainant.
Since the matter pertains to the year 2015. The correct address of the opposite party 2 is not furnished by the complainant so far. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of the above opposite party is necessary. Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
