          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act.2019.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to refund the amount for a sum of Rs.2542/- with 18% interest from the date of purchase towards deficiency of service and to pay compensation of Rs.100000/- towards mental agony and stress and costs.

          Complainant absent. No representation for complainant.  Already sufficient time given.  Proof affidavit not filed.  Hence complaint is dismissed for default.
