Sh.Saurabh Sharma, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties
File taken up in National Lok Adalat. Sh.Saurabh Sharma, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties suffered statement that as per instructions of the company, company is ready to refund the actual bill amount dated 11.2.2015 amounting to Rs.1,05,000/-. In view of the above statement, Sh.Shivam Kapur, complainant got recorded his statement that as per the company offer, he is ready to accept the actual bill amount dated 11.2.2015 amounting to Rs.1,05,000/-. As such he withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. In case opposite party fails to refund the amount of Rs.1,05,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today, the opposite party shall pay interest @ 9% p.a.from the date of order till payment is made to the complainant. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
