 ORDER:

                        The case was  fixed for consideration on the point of jurisdiction at Karnal  in view of the exclusion clause mentioned in the bill dated 16.8.2013   vide which jurisdiction has been conferred at Delhi. However, for the last several dates neither the complainant nor his counsel/representative is appearing before this Forum. The case called several times since morning.  It is already 3.25PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
