1.           This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.         This complaint is filed by the complainant against opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to opposite parties. After accepting the notice, first opposite party was absent and set exparte. The second opposite party filed version and posted the case for filing proof affidavit of complainant to prove his case. As the complainant was continuously absent, a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this commission today to file proof affidavit. After accepting the notice from this Commission the complainant failed to appear today before this commission. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

                In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

                A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
