          This is a complaint filed u/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the opposite parties jointly and severally,

1. To pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- with interest at 10% per annum from the date of purchase till realisation of the device;
2. To pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- towards compensation for the loss and injury caused to the complainant because of the negligent and deficient services of the opposite parties;
3. To pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- being the cost of this complaint.  

2. Notice to opposite parties were duly served. 

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant present.  Opposite Parties absent.  Counsel for second Opposite party absent.  Counsel for first opposite party present.  Complainant filed petition to withdraw the complaint stating that the parties have amicably settled the issue to the satisfaction of the complainant and prays to not press the claim.  In view of the endorsement, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
