COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:          Mr.Deepak Chopra, authorized representative for the complainant.

                        Mr.Mahesh Bhatnagar, authorized representative for the Ops.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for compromise. Authorized representative for the Ops has tendered a cheque of Rs.44,700/- vide bearing No.802965 dated 28.05.2015 in compromise between the parties. Authorised representative for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. He has received a cheque of Rs.44,700/- vide bearing No.802965 dated 28.05.2015. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.       

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
