Sh.Munish Menon,Adv.ounsel for the opposite parties No.2 & 3 got recorded statement that he has received the original charger, ear phone alongwith copy of job sheet of the handset of the complainant. As per the complainant, the original handset alongwith battery is lying with service centre. As per instructions, the company has agreed to refund price of the handset i.e.Rs.5200/- within a period of 30 days from the date of order passed by this Hon'ble Forum. In view of the above statement, Sh.Sham Kumar, complainant has got recorded statement withdrawing the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
