ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Sidharth Thukral, Counsel for Applicant/Complainant has stated that he does not press the present miscellaneous application(application filed under Section 340 read with Section 195 Cr.P.C. 1973 read with other applicable provisions for seeking initiation of criminal enquiry against the respondent for making a false statement before this Commission) and withdraw the same with liberty to take any other legal action. The present miscellaneous application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn being not pressed. It be tagged with the main consumer complaint file bearing No.251 of 2023.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
