     Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.11.2023, Sh.N.S.Jagdeva, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the parties have entered into compromise dated 07.11.2023 and duly notarized settlement agreement has been placed on record as Annexure-1. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 07.11.2023. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
