1. Nafe Singh son of Sh. Deva Singh aged 55 years resident of Village Wazir Nagar Tehsil Kalayat District Kaitha.

1. Soni Electronic Store, Narwania Building, Railway Road, Kaithal through its Prop/Partner.
2. Voltbek Home Appliances Private Limited Voltas House ‘A’ Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Chinchpokli, Mumbai-400033 through its authorized Signatory (Manufacturer of the washing machine)                                                                                                                                                          ………. Present:     Complainant Nafe Singh in person alongwith Sh. Rajat Kadyan, Advocate.

                Sh. Vikram Tiwari, Advocate for OP No. 2. (Though ex-parte)

                OP No. 1 ex-parte.

 

                Today, the case was fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat and opposite party be summoned for Lok Adalat. An application for giving the permission to joining the proceedings filed by Ld. Counsel for OP No. 2 mentioning therein that applicant/OP No. 2 wants to joining the proceedings and settled the matter. Heard. The application is formal in nature. Hence, in the interest of justice the same is hereby allowed.

Memo of appearance filed by OP No. 2. Ld. Counsel for OP No. 2 made a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties today by intervention of Pre National Lok Adalat. As per the settlement OP No. 2 is ready to replace the washing machine Voltas Beko Model No. W77140AGRT Serial No. 12195A20L001893 of 14 KG, with new one within 30 days from today and complainant will deposit old washing machine in care centre.  

                Complainant  Nafe Singh also made a statement that when he receive new washing machine from JD No. 2 then he will handover old washing machine to care centre. 

                Heard. In view of the statement of complainant and Ld. Counsel for OP No. 2, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
