ORDER

Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging deficiency in service through not delivering the papers relating to the tractor purchased by him in the year 2018 from the OP no-1 on payment of the price financed by the OP no-3. As such primafacie present complaint filed after 5 years from the actual date of rising of the cause of action is barred by the limitation. Hence, the present complaint is barred by the limitation is dismissed.

 However, it is observed that the complainant shall be at liberty to file fresh complaint after rising of the cause of action to him if the papers concerned are not delivered to him by the OP after advocates notice and all possible steps taken by the complainant.
