               Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order dated 21.06.2013 in C.C. No. 347/2012 passed by the Ld. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, North 24 Parganas (in short, District Forum), the OPs thereof have preferred this appeal. By the impugned order, the Ld. District Forum has allowed the case.

          The case of the Complainants is that of misselling of insurance policy by the OPs, for which they prayed for refund of the deposited premium of amount along with other reliefs.

            On the other hand, the case of the OPs is that the Complainants had the opportunity of “ free look period “ of 15 days from getting the Policy Bond, so the allegations are not proper and the Complaint be dismissed.

            It is to be considered if the impugned order from any kind of infirmity so as to make an interference therein.

            Upon hearing both sides, it is practically found that it is a case of deception and misselling of products by the Insurance Company. The Ld. Distinct Forum has rightly found the case in favour of the Complainant.

            Accordingly, there is nothing to disturb the impugned order. Appeal is dismissed. The impugned order is affirmed.
