Misc. Applicant is present through Ms. K.Mukhopadhyay, Ld. Advocate. 

The record is placed today for passing necessary orders in respect of this Misc. Application No. MA/29/2011.  We have duly perused the application and the materials on record and find that at the time of filing of the Appeal the Appellants deposited Rs. 25000/- through Bank Draft.  Now, after the disposal of the Appeal being dismissed and the compliance report being filed by the applicant the Appellant has prayed for passing necessary orders so that the amount so deposited by the Appellant at the time of filing of the Appeal is refunded to the Appellant.  In view of the present circumstances, we are of considered opinion that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the deposited money which was deposited U/S 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 at the time of filing of the Appeal and are at liberty to approach the Registrar of this Commission for the purpose.  The M.A. is accordingly disposed of.
