Sumesh<br /> Padinharethil, Kamballur : Opposite parties<br /> <br /> ORDER<br /> <br /> SRI.K.T.SIDHIQ : PRESIDENT:<br /> <br /> The complainant Devi filed this complaint alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties Somarajan and Sumesh. According to Devi, the borewell drilled by Somarajan and Sumesh in her garden land is not having the sufficient depth and diameter as stipulated by her and as a result she suffers scarcity of ground water in the borewell. Hence the complaint.<br /> When the matter came up for hearing both parties filed a joint statement and prayed for a compromised order. Hence we pass the following order.<br /> Somarajan and Sumesh are directed to drill the existing borewell situated in the premises of Devi to a further depth of 30 feet using compressor pipes on or before 30th December 2008 and to pay a cost of Rs.500/- towards the cost of these proceedings.
