Complainant No.2 is present in person. Ld. Legal Law Officer Smt. Gauri Ray is present for Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2. Ld.Advocate Kumar Vishwas is present for Opposite Party No.3. Parties have amicably settled the matter and in pursuance of amicable settlement, Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 have given pay order of Rs.5,000/- to the Complainants.
