Statement of Sh.Lalit Garg,counsel for the complainant W.O.& Sh.Gurtej Singh son of Sh.Bikkar Singh,aged 61 years,Namdev Nagar,H.No.1573,Bathinda now c/o R Bansal & Co.,4907,Post Office Bazar,Bathinda on oath. A sum of Rs.2000/- has been paid by the opposite parties towards costs. Since appeal No.1285 of 207 has been preferred by the opposite parties against th complainant and the same is pending, complainant does not want to proceed with this application under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 at this stage. If need be,he may file another such like application as per order of the Hon'ble State Commission.
