The complainant is absent on calls. Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant in default appropriate order will be passed.

It is evident from the record that on earlier on several days prior to this date the complainant remained absent without taking any step. The action of the complainant reveals that he has lost his interest to proceed with this complaint. Therefore, we have no option but to dismiss the complaint for default.
