The complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant has no longer interested to proceed with the case. It is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think that this is a fit case where a dismissal order should be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case is dismissed due to non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
