ORDER

COMMON ORDER IN COMPLAINT NOs. 1334 to 1337 The learned advocate for the complainant present. M/s Aamstel Law Associates files vakalath for opposite party and files a memo along with copy of judgment. The learned advocate for both the parties submitted that orders be passed in these 4 connected matters as per the order passed earlier in complaint Nos. 170/2008 to 173/2008 and complaint No. 177/2008. The learned advocate for the opposite party very fairly and rightly submitted that the opposite party is ready and willing to pay compensation of Rs. 50,000/- and costs of Rs. 5,000/- to each of the complainants in these 4 matters. The fair submission of the advocate for the opposite party is appreciated. The learned advocate for the complainant has also fairly accepted the proposal and submitted that orders may be passed as per the orders passed in the earlier cases since the facts and law points involved are one and the same. Taking into consideration of the submission at the bar and in view of the earlier order passed against the opposite party i.e., Shoba Developers Ltd., the present 4 complaints can also be disposed directing the opposite party to pay compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to each of the complainants along with costs of Rs. 5,000/-. The complainants in these cases have already received booking amount with interest. Therefore, they are entitled only for compensation and costs. In the result, I proceed to pass the following:- ORDER The complaints are partly allowed. The opposite party is directed pay compensation of Rs. 50,000/- along with costs of Rs. 5,000/- to each of the complaints within 30 days from the date of this order. In the event of non-compliance of the order within 30 days in that case compensation amount carries interest at 18% p.a from the date of this order.
