            This  is a Revision Petition  filed by the opposite parties in CC. No. 605/2014   challenging the order of the forum dated  November  17, 2014 in IA- 825/2014 allowing the same and directing  the opposite parties  to repair the

vehicle of the complainant  on  complaint paying Rs. 50,000/- to the second opposite party.

            The complainant filed the complaint before the forum seeking  a direction to the opposite parties to repair  his vehicle free of cost and claiming  compensation.  Complainant filed IA-  before the forum  stating that opposite  parties have  demanded Rs.  1 lakh for repair the vehicle  and that opposite parties  may be directed  to    repair  the vehicle  and hand   over to him. 

            Opposite parties did not file  any objection to this petition.  Therefore forum  directed the complainant to pay   Rs. 50,000 to the second opposite party and directed the opposite parties to repair the vehicle  and   hand it over to him.  The opposite parties   come up in  Revision challenging the  said order of the forum.

            In this revision  petition appellants  contended  that for  carrying out the repair of the vehicle  Rs.  7,01,417/- is required and that therefore  the order  of the forum is  illegal.

 For  several reasons we find  no merit in this  revision petition.  No objection is seen  filed  by the opposite parties to the IA.  Further complainant has paid Rs. 50,000/- to the opposite parties  and   filed an under taking before the forum  stating,   they  are  ready to pay the balance amount if the forum finds so.  Therefore  in our  view forum  is  justified in  directing the opposite party to repair the vehicle on  complainant paying Rs.50,000/- to them.

            In the result we find no merit in this revision petition  and same is here  by dismissed with a cost of Rs. 5,000/-.
