When the matter was taken up for consideration, the counsel who has filed this Complaint on behalf of the complainant V.R. Sreeraman, filed a Memo stating that the complainant had expired on 02.02.2022 and his legal Mr.Vijay Narayan does not want to pursue the matter and hence sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the complaint.
