Op is present . from the perusal of record it appears that complainant is absent since 03/03/2014 and inspile of repeated direction by forum the complainant has not received the w/s filed by the op on 17/05/2014 the continually absence  of complainant goes to show that he has completely lost interset is no justification of keeping the case pending for indefinite period . Hence this case is being dismissed for default .
