                   Today the case is fixed for compliance. Counsel for the OP No. 3 has filed his Vakalatnama and also tendered a demand draft bearing No.001166 dated 30.01.2020 amounting to Rs.20,707/- in compliance of order under execution.

                   Counsel for the complainant/DH by making a separate statement states that he has received a demand draft bearing No.001166 dated 30.01.2020 amounting to Rs.20,707/- in compliance of order under execution.; so, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and execution application be attached with the main complaint after due compliance.
