ORDER
SRI.P.V. JAYARAJAN, PRESIDENT:
- This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
- Complainant represented and filed settlement memo. It is submitted that the matter is settled. The complainant also filed a memo stating that the dispute between the parties are amicably settled out of Court and hence the complainant is not willing to further proceed with the complaint. The memo of settlement accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement memo filed by the complainant we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements is forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
