Present: Sh. Vikas Sharma, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

             

                    Office report perused. Complaint be checked and registered. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file the same in the appropriate authority.  

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate court/authority, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
