                    Ld. Counsel for opposite party made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties in Pre National Lok Adalat and as per the compromise he agree to pay Rs.8,000/- to the complainant Deepak Sharma within 20 days from today.

                  Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by the Ld. Counsel for opposite party and he accept a sum of Rs.8,000/- from the OP.  

Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party and Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
