                     In view for separate joint statement of Shri Tek Chand Arora complainant and Ms. Bhawana advocate for opposite party no.1 of even date, The opposite party no. 1 is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 9000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from today. In default of payment in time the complainant shall be entitled for interest @9% per annum from today till actual realization of the amount.

                   Copy of order be given dasti and file be consigned to record.
