Swarna Rani vs. Snapdeel.

CC No. 90 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Tarun Rohilla, Advocate, counsel for complainant

  Sh. Raj Kumar, Advocate, counsel for Op No.1.    

              Sh. Harinder Kumar, Advocate, counsel for applicant/OP No.3.

              OP No.4 already ex-parte.

 

                        Sh. Harinder Kumar Advocate, filed an application on behalf of Op No.3 for permission to joint the proceedings alongwith power of attorney. However, counsel for Op No.3 made a statement that they are ready to pay the billed amount after deducting 10% depreciation. He further stated that the payment will be made within a period of 30 days and at the time of handing over the cheque the complainant will handover the mobile set alongwith accessories to him.

                        On the other hand, counsel for the complainant made a statement that in view of the aforesaid statement, he does not want to pursue the present complaint, which may be filed.   

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Both the parties shall remain bound by their respective statement recorded separately. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
