            The case is taken up for order.

            The matter was heard on 03.03.2021.

Perused the consumer complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto.

On perusal of the cause title of the consumer complaint, it appears to us that OP-1 M/s SNAF Construction Company, a Partnership Firm is carrying on business at 21, Hemant Basu Sarani, Room No.  506, 5th floor, Kolkata -700001 under Hare Street P.S. which is outside the territorial jurisdiction of this commission and the remaining two OPs are residing within the jurisdiction of this commission. No application u/s 34 (2) (b) of CP Act, 2019 has filed by the complainant to obtain permission to institute the consumer case before this commission.

In view of the above aspect, we are not inclined to admit the complaint.

Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer complaint is not admitted on account of non-accompany of any application U/s 34 (2) (b) of CP Act, 2019.
