1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in respect of the purchase of portable biogas plant by the complainant from the opposite party. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party. The opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. When the case came up for consideration on 22/11/2022, the opposite party submitted that there is a chance of settlement and hence the matter was referred to mediation to be held on today. When the case came up for consideration today, both the parties were present and submitted that the matter is settled for Rs.28,000/-(Rupees eighteen thousand only). The complainant further submitted that he has received the settlement amount. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.

            A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
