ORDER

           Mr. S.M. Rahman appears on behalf of the petitioner/appellant. Ms. K. Khan appears on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and she submits that there is no objection from the side of respondent no. 1 in allowing the petitioner for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the petition for condonation of delay is allowed.

            Misc Case stands disposed.

            Appeal shall be allotted a number the same shall be listed on 26-6-2014 for admission hearing of the appeal.
