Learned counsel appearing for the parties have submitted that the matter in dispute, has already been settled amicably between the parties and in view of this, they do not like to proceed with the present appeal.

            The instant appeal is accordingly disposed of for non prosecution.

            The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the appellant shall be returned to the appellant or their authorised agent.
