Perused complaint and documents filed thereto . Heard the complainant (who is in person) on the admission of complaint. From a close persual of complaints and documents enclosed thereto,we find that it is a case for specific performance of contract under agreement of sale deed. So it is purely a civil Case and so it is not maintainable under the C.P.Act. Hence complaint is rejected U/s 12(3) of Act as not maintainable. Return the documents filed with complaint,under acknowledgement by complaint. File be closed.
