Final Order / Judgement

PER SHRI A. Z. KHWAJA, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER.

Appellant and advocate both are absent.  Mr. S.N. Mahajan, advocate  is present for the  respondent  and has submitted  that  earlier  application  filed by the  appellant /applicant  regarding  delay  in setting aside  abatement  has already  come to be rejected. Record also reveals  to the same  fact as is clear from the order dated 20/12/2019. It is also clear  that  thereafter appellant has not filed any  other application  and so  consequentially   the appeals  must  abate . Appeals are  hereby abated.
