As per Dr. Mrs Monika Malik :     

                  

                   This appeal assails the order dated 31.07.2018 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chhindwara in C.C.No.270/2016, by which the complaint filed by the complainant/respondent has been allowed.

2.                     The complainant/respondent no.1 has filed an application stating that the directions were issued in the impugned order for payment of a sum of Rs.75,000/- under the Janshri Insurance Scheme along with Rs.3,000/- as compensation and Rs.2,000/- as costs.  It is stated that a sum of Rs.75,000/-  has been paid to her in Execution Case No. 13/2019 vide cheque no. ‘B29722’.  The complainant/respondent no.1 in view of the above seeks dismissal of the present appeal stating that no dispute is left in the matter.

3.                     Learned counsel for appellant/opposite party no.1 appearing before us makes a submission that if the complainant/respondent no.1 is satisfied after receiving the amount as ordered by the Forum, they do not intend to pursue the present appeal.

4.                     In view of the application filed by the complainant/respondent no.1 and having regard to submission made by learned counsel for appellant/opposite party no.1, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
