                     Shri Ravindra Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellants.

                     Respondent no.1 Smt. Ramkali Bai is present in person. She has produced her Aadhar Card. Photocopy be retained and original be returned.

                     None for the respondent no.2.

                     Parties have filed Memorandum of settlement. The same is marked as Exhibit ‘S’. As per settlement arrived at between the parties, the appellant has handed over Multipay Customer Cheque No. 204623 dated 16.03.2023 for a sum of Rs.2,08,000/- and No.204624 dated 16.03.2023 for a sum of Rs.74,643.28/- of ICICI Bank to the respondent no.1.

                     It has been stated by the parties that the aforesaid amount has been paid via cheques to the respondent no.1 towards full and final settlement of her claim.

                     In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this appeal stands disposed of in terms of Exhibit ‘S’.
