1. Shri.Hemant Baburao Mali Manager (Legal) of the appellant is present in person. Adv.Shri.S.R.Malani is present for the respondent. Smt.Nilima Venkatesh Dashetwar present in person. Her Adv. Mahesh M. Kanakdande is also present. Both the parties have filed compromise petition. They admitted the contents of the same. They submitted that the appeal is tobe disposed of in terms of the compromise.

Hence, appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. As per the said compromise the respondents are entitled for withdrawal of Rs 1,00,000/- if any deposited by the appellant in the Dist. Forum, Nanded. No order as to cost of the appeal.
