ORDER

Heard the counsel for the complainant and O.P. Counsel for the complainant and O.P. have filed a joint memo and submitted for disposing of his complaint, as per the joint memo filed by them. Hence, the joint memo is accepted and pass the following order. ORDER 1. The O.P. is directed to allot site No.93 of Kuppalur layout measuring 30' x 31' within 2 months from today and shall also execute necessary register sale deed on the complainant meeting the necessary legal fees. 2. The O.P. who had received Rs.74,000/- from the complainant for allotment of site measuring 30'x40' since is now allotting site measuring 30'x31' is directed to refund the excess amount to the complainant within two months from the date of this order. The O.P. in the event of not refunding excess amount as ordered above shall pay interest at 12% p.a. from the date of this complaint till the date of payment. Both parties to bear their own cost.
