        This complaint is coming on 25-09-2017 before us for hearing in the presence of Complainant appeared as in-person and the opposite party remained ex-parte and this Forum made the following:

       The complainant filed this complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and prays to direct the opposite party to pay Rs.5,00,000/- towards damages, Rs.4,82,000/- with interest @ 12% p.a., from 17-06-2011, to pay Rs.3,000/- towards costs.

          Complainant called absent.  No representation on behalf of complainant.  As seen from the record, the complainant failed to adduce evidence inspite of granting of sufficient time, there is no representation on behalf of the complainant.  As the complainant did not shown any interest in prosecuting the case, keeping pendency of the case will not serve the purpose.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default. No. costs.
