                   None for the petitioner.

                   This revision is directed against the order dated 16.05.2019 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Seoni (For short District Commission) in C.C.No.73/2017 whereby the petitioner’s application filed under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC for restoration of petitioner’s right to file reply before the Forum has been dismissed.

                   Having gone through the revision petition we observe that the petitioner had moved an application under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC before the District Commission for setting aside the earlier order whereby the District Commission had proceeded ex-parte against the petitioner.

                   In our considered opinion, the District Commission has rightly dismissed the petitioner’s application as it has no power to

review or recall its own order.

                   In the light of the above discussion we are of a considered view that the District Commission has committed no illegality or irregularity in passing the impugned order.

                   This Revision Petition therefore fails and is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file Revision Petition against the earlier order whereby the cause of action arose.
