           Shri Sumit Bhalerao, appears on behalf of Shri Ajay Dubey, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 18.10.2022, two days time was granted to furnish process fees for service of notice on respondent.

          But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.10.2022, without further reference to the Bench.
